| Strengths across our Complete360 product include:
Complete360 Enterprise Portals include the following features:
CompleteSurvey's servers are used to host, process and store Complete360 products and all of the 360 degree feedback data collected by them. Organizations do not have to maintain their own web servers and databases, install software, or employ specialized IT staff to administer the infrastructure behind Complete360 products. Upgrades to new versions and functionality are automatically provided. With CompleteSurvey's Complete360 ASP model, organizations can focus on what is most important, the 360 degree review process, without becoming bogged down in implementation details. The ASP model gives CompleteSurvey and its customers significant cost advantages over software competitors.
CompleteSurvey is extremely careful to ensure the security of the end users and administrators of Complete360 products. CompleteSurvey's site is protected by dual-homed firewalls. All end user and administrator communication to Complete360 offerings is SSL3-encrypted at 128 bits. Organizations can enlist CompleteSurvey's help in writing a privacy policy that ensures employees that their personal data will not be disclosed to inappropriate targets. Typically this privacy policy indicates that data will be viewed only in aggregate by a corporation, with CompleteSurvey access to individual data only when it is necessary for technical support. CompleteSurvey stores its data absolutely in confidence, and will never transfer private corporate data to others except as required by the customer/data owner. To protect the anonymity of raters, "roles" containing fewer than three raters (only two direct reports, for instance) are not displayed separately from the overall average (so in that case the "direct reports" bar and data are not displayed). This makes it impossible to extrapolate the ratings given by individuals from the average ratings of their roles, a potential anonymity concern. Roles can be marked as not needing this breakout prevention: for instance, an organization may deem that it does not need to hide the average rating from "managers" even if an employee only has one manager. CompleteSurvey's ASP model in many cases allows users to be more open and forthright with their feedback, and more eager to use the product, than when participating in a corporate-hosted program. Users of 360 degree review portals are aware that their data may (in certain cases) be stored for years, and they may not be comfortable having what amounts to an additional performance review stored on corporate servers and potentially viewed by others. By hosting data at CompleteSurvey, users have more realistic assurance that their personal data will not be exposed to others in the corporation.
The Complete360 survey interface, for an end user, is very similar in look and feel to a paper survey. It is designed specifically so that even computer-phobic users will find it comfortable and easy-to-use. Questions are displayed in groups, with scaled ratings above, so that users find it extremely easy to juxtapose their responses and change ratings relative to one another. This is important to ensure that users are consistent with their ratings throughout the 360 degree evaluation process.
Even though the Complete360 servers are hosted by CompleteSurvey, enterprises and consultants can customize their portals to use corporate or specialized logos, instructions, and report formats. CompleteSurvey can tailor Complete360 products heavily to individual organizations.
CompleteSurvey's platform currently runs surveys in multiple European and Asian languages. Typically organizations enter translated material into their survey instruments or supply CompleteSurvey with translated user interface wordings customized to their needs. Complete360 products can display the same material translated into multiple languages to multiple users in different regions simultaneously, even users participating in the same person's 360 degree review process. The language used for surveys and reports is based on the preferred language selected in the user's Web browser.
Administration of a our Complete360 product is divided into three components. The Personal Administrative Module allows end users to manage their personal 360 degree review process and the ratings process for others. Corporate or consulting administrators use the Overall Status Module to view aggregate data on the feedback process, and the Design Wizard to create and edit survey instruments.
The three components of the administrative Personal Administration Module Using the Personal Administration Module, end users can:
Overall Status Module With the Overall Status Module, administrators get a high-level view of the corporate-wide 360 degree review process. Administrators can view how many people have taken 360 degree assessments, submitted ratings, and generated reports. They can also view normative data generated for the current 360 degree review cycle.
Assessment Design Wizard Using the Design Wizard, administrators can build 360 degree review question lists and instruments, select questions from item banks, organize questions on the screen, and much more. Administrators can use the Design Wizard to easily and quickly create the survey forms 360 degree feedback users will see when taking their assessment.
Reports are highly customizable to a corporation's needs. Nearly every aspect of a report, from instructions to chart formats to rater relationships, can be tailored to the desires of customers. Potentially actionable items - personal strengths and weaknesses, areas of high divergence from the group mean, etc. - can be highlighted. Several default reporting and charting structures are available for administrators to choose from.
