CompleteSurvey's ItemBank360 is a library of nearly 600 questions for use in 360
degree reviews. The ItemBank360 was created in association with People
Performance Solutions. The questions are highly targeted and have substantial
normative data collected. They are grouped into competencies and easily
selected for use in CompleteSurvey's Assessment Design Wizard, which is incorporated
into Complete360 Enterprise Portals.
Complete360 Reassessment
Packages
Our Complete360 Reassessment Packages are add-on modules to Complete360
products that allow periodic reassessment over time and comparison to
previous results. With Complete360 Reassessment Packages, individuals
can observe their progress since previous reviews, and organizations can
track overall corporate progress. Complete360 Reassessment Packages can
easily integrate into Complete360 Enterprise Portals to track individual
and corporate performance longitudinally.

What are Complete360 Enterprise Portals?
Complete360
Enterprise Portals are web interfaces with which corporations can provide
360 degree review capabilities to their employees. Employees use Complete360
portals to rate their own abilities at corporate-defined competencies
and solicit feedback from peers, managers, and subordinates. They then
can view reports that summarize their perceived strengths and weaknesses,
areas of significant differences between self-and-peer-provided feedback,
and progress from previous reporting periods.
How are Complete360 Enterprise Portals different from other 360 degree
review
offerings?
Complete360 Enterprise Portals are built on an ASP model, so corporations
can offer 360 degree review service without worrying about IT issues,
scalability, or server administration. Complete360 portals provide powerful
customization and reduced administration to corporate end users.
How does CompleteSurvey ensure the anonymity of participants?
Respondent groups are not "broken out" in the final report
unless more than a set number of raters in these groups has responded.
So if, for instance, only two "direct reports" have responded
to a question and the threshold is three, these direct reports will
not be displayed separately in the final report.
What support offerings does CompleteSurvey have for corporate administrators and end
users?
CompleteSurvey offers US business-day quick-response telephone support for corporate
administrators, and next-day callback support during off-hours. For
end users, CompleteSurvey offers limited email support. Additional support offerings

Do Complete360 Enterprise Portals work in international regions and languages?
The Complete360 system is currently being used in multiple European
and Asian countries and languages, including doublebyte character set
languages (Chinese and Japanese). Right-to-left reading languages are
currently not supported. A single 360 degree review instrument can function
simultaneously in multiple languages, with raters using different translations
in different countries to rate the same individual. Users' browser preferences
determine the language of the user interface and reports displayed to
them.
Can CompleteSurvey's solution scale to very large numbers of employees?
Several customers have used CompleteSurvey's solution with over 5,000 employees,
and one has used it with over 20,000. The Complete360 solution has processed
more than 80,000 assessments.
How much administrative overhead is required on the part of the corporation?
The 360 degree review process is self-managed by employees. Corporations
need to assemble the 360 degree review instruments (or contract with
CompleteSurvey to do so) and load in lists of employees. After that happens, employees
manage the process. Corporate administrators can continue to use the
system to view summary statistics and reports, but their continued involvement
is not required.
Are predefined competencies and 360 degree review questions available?
Yes. In conjunction with People Performance Solutions, CompleteSurvey offers the
ItemBank360, which has nearly 600 questions divided into competencies,
many with normative data.
Can the company design its own 360 degree review layout and questions,
or does
design always require CompleteSurvey's involvement?
Companies can use CompleteSurvey's Assessment Design Module to lay out their own
multi-source assessment questions and content. This is especially useful
if they have multiple or changing 360 degree feedback instruments.
How do Complete360 Portals manage user verification and authentication?
User authentication is usually managed by a corporation providing a
list of email addresses (or other unique identifiers) for
CompleteSurvey, either
manually or through the corporation's HRMS. On first login with their
email addresses, users will be able to create passwords that allow them
to continue through the system. Use of the system can be restricted to
particular Internet domains or subnets.
How do Complete360 Portals handle choosing raters and notifying them that
their
feedback is required?
The Complete360 Portal solution allows corporations to enable access
to a corporate directory of email addresses to which users can send
rating requests. If directory functionality is not desired, employees
can manually enter email addresses of raters.
